SkillTooly is designed with privacy in mind. Most tool processing happens in your browser. We do not require an account for core tools, and we do not automatically send your professional or personal information to third parties.

When you use SkillTooly tools (such as the Resume Bullet Generator or Salary Calculator), your inputs are processed in your browser using JavaScript. Your inputs are not sent to our server unless you explicitly choose to use an optional AI enhancement feature that is configured and you take explicit action to send the text.

If you choose to save results locally, they are stored in your browser's local storage and remain on your device. You can clear this data at any time using the “Clear” button in each tool or by clearing your browser data.

When you submit the contact form, your name, email address, topic, and message are stored in our database so we can respond to your inquiry. This information is retained until you request deletion or we determine it is no longer needed.

The newsletter signup is not currently active. When configured, your email address will be stored for the purpose of sending occasional updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Analytics is not currently enabled. When configured with a valid analytics ID, this section will describe what data is collected and how it is used. Analytics will respect your consent settings.

SkillTooly uses local browser storage for preferences such as dark mode and theme settings. These are not cookies and do not track you across websites.

Advertising is not currently enabled. When advertising is activated in the future, ad providers may use cookies to serve and measure ads. We will update this policy and our Cookie Policy before enabling any advertising scripts.

Tool inputs are not stored on our servers. Contact form submissions are retained until you request deletion or the information is no longer needed. To request deletion of your data, use our privacy request page.

SkillTooly does not automatically send your data to third parties. If optional AI features are configured and you explicitly choose to use them, your text will be sent to the configured AI provider for processing. This will be clearly disclosed before you take action.

If analytics or advertising are enabled, data may be sent to the respective providers. These providers have their own privacy policies.

SkillTooly is available to users worldwide. If you are accessing this site from outside the country where it is hosted, your information may be subject to different legal protections. We do not claim automatic compliance with all international privacy laws. If you have specific concerns, please consult a qualified professional.

SkillTooly is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
