This tool uses transparent, rule-based transformations — not AI. It applies deterministic rules for grammar correction, filler-word removal, and tone adjustment. It does not rewrite the meaning of your message. An optional AI enhancement mode can be enabled by configuring the AI_PROVIDER and AI_API_KEY environment variables on the server.
How to Use This Tool
Paste your message and select a rewrite mode. The tool applies deterministic, rule-based transformations: grammar correction fixes typos, spacing, and capitalization; professional mode removes casual filler and informal phrases; concise mode removes redundancy; direct mode removes hedging; diplomatic mode softens confrontational language.
How the Output Is Generated
Input: "just wanted to reach out and see if you could maybe send me the report when you get a chance" with Professional mode. Output: "I am reaching out to request the report at your earliest convenience."
Limitations and Responsible Use
- The tool uses transparent, rule-based transformations — not AI. It does not rewrite the meaning of your message.
- Grammar corrections cover common typos and spacing, not all possible grammatical errors.
- If an AI integration is configured via environment variables, an optional enhancement mode becomes available with clear disclosure. Your text is never sent to an external provider without explicit action.
